Ideas for Intentionality 26/52: 🧠 The Ultimate Filter for a Better Life, Last Prime Day!, and Neuflora June Drop

Happy Friday ,

Have you heard of the divine filter that sifts out almost any lie

Here is a vulnerable, in real time way the divine filter helped me.

I spent some time this week with some dear old friends (from my time before having any kids).

It was so good for my soul to be friends who have known me over time and still somehow show up to love me and speak truth into my life. I left that time feeling super refreshed, but also somehow feeling a little behind in a way.

This frustrated me that I felt that way!

(Behind what? We are all on our own journey! I tried to tell myself.)

These women are just the best and would never want me to feel that way!

Comparison is always there ready to try and take us down, right? I had to speak the truth to myself and work myself through those blah feelings I was having.

And that is where Philippians 4:8 has been the tool that never disappoints me – it is a filter for our thoughts and God telling us what He wants us to think, because He loves us and wants the absolute best for us.

The divine filter says think about what is:

true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent and praiseworthy.

Then I took inventory of my thoughts by journaling through this filter: Am I thinking what is true, what is honorable and so on?

The lies became apparent, and the yucky feelings melted away.

Can you relate?

I hope the divine filter is a tool and really a weapon you can whip out anytime comparison tries to creep in like a weedy vine and choke out the abundant life God wants for all of us.

    NEUFLORA JUNE DROP:

They let me shop the launch early which was nice because I got to vet some things for y’all. I ordered a few items and returned a couple but here is what I ended up keeping:

I think this dress is going to be the staple for me the rest of the summer! The part by the breast isn’t super stretchy so I returned my medium for a large but I think I am going to love it!

And I got these overalls and I think they will be fun this fall:

    NEW WEBSITE

A couple of you all sent me some little tweaks to make on the website, thanks for your amazing feedback! It just helps me make the experience better for everyone.

Sending love,

Lana

P.S. Fascinating video on how this gal makes 6K a month making bread at home and I just like her channel!

Pregnancy P.S.I think both of those Neuflora buys I got would be maternity friendly! You really don’t have to buy pregnancy clothes, dresses that come together over the belly usually work great!
