This is hands down the magic that keeps my 3 year old busy while I am getting some homeschool done with my bigger kids. Also, it never gets old, because every day it can be different by changing the manipulative that I set out with the play dough.
Since she is using it everyday I made a big batch with lots of new colors and I want to show you how you can too. This recipe is non-toxic and keeps for a year in a sealed mason jar. I use non-toxic watercolor paint to change the color, but you can use food coloring or even natural coloring made from food (but it will not keep as long with natural food color).
This recipe is seriously sooo easy and only uses 3 store-bought ingredients: organic flour, cream of tarter and salt.
