I am sharing a review from my experience of ordering around 20 pieces of clothing from Neuflora: the pros, the cons, and even when their clothes do and don’t live up the hype.

Neuflora Dresses and Clothes Review
I have been ordering from Neuflora for around a year now. I was super confused on how the process worked when I first found Neuflora, so I want to make it super simple for you!
Neuflora is mostly known for their romantic style dresses, calm colors, and cohesive color palette.
And they DELIVER on those three things!
But what about their other clothes? Are they worth it too? I am going to break all of that down in this post!
What is Neuflora?
Neuflora is a clothing company that is owned by two super intentional families Joey & Jess Markoya and Jeff & Alyssa Bethke.
(You might know Jeff Bethke from some of the books he has written, but I loved listening to him on the limited series Fight Hustle Hurry Podcast he did with John Mark Comer during COVID. It is sooo good!)
Neuflora is all about slowly building your wardrobe with calm and cohesive colors. And it WORKS! My wardrobe has definitely grown slowly over this year and now I have many, many pieces that can go together!
Pros of Neuflora
I am going to share pros and cons of Neuflora, but first the pros!
Mix and Match
The color palette of almost all their clothes go together! So if you feel like you are not a natural fashionista or you just long to have a simple, minimal wardrobe where each piece can begin to pull it’s weight-shopping from them consistently is a great option!
I like to go slow and build intentionally! And I love that their company encourages this!
Return Policy
I talk about their return policy in depth below, but I have never had an easier return process.
For me it is even easier than Amazon, because the USPS is closer to my house than the Amazon return point.
But I love how Neuflura processes the return so quickly and issues my gift card as soon as the box is scanned at the post office.
Some might be mad you just get store credit, but I LOVE having that gift card to look forward to for the next launch!
Cons of Neuflora?
So what are some CONS of Neuflora???
Sells Out FAST
You can’t really go shop just any ole time and get what you want on their website.
Pieces sell out FAST! And there is a new collection that rolls out each month and a countdown timer for when the launch goes live.
If you are not on their website at the time the launch goes live, KNOWING what you already want, the piece you are hoping for might be sold out already.
This is where I got confused when I first found out about Neuflora! I went to their website and YES there were clothes to buy, but so many pieces I liked were already sold out.
This confused me? Why is so much sold out I thought?
But then when I got on their email list, I found out ohhhh they have a monthly launch and that is when their best stuff rolls out.
Quality Con:
I have noticed that their dresses are pretty well made, but I have been mildly disappointed in their jackets.
I have ordered three of their jackets. One got a hole in the pocket literally within a couple of weeks and the seams and stitching fell out pretty quickly.
I still wear the jacket and get compliments all the time on it, but I just feel like the quality should have been better for the price.
The other jacket I returned because it felt like a bathrobe and wasn’t lined on the inside.
BUT I do have one jacket from them that delivered on the price and I wear all the time! It looks so beautiful over dresses and it can be dressed up and down!
I Wish More Was Made in the US
I really, really like to shop from US made products. So it has been a bummer to me that more of their stuff is made overseas.
However, I do like that they are a family run small shop. I even stopped in their shop when I was in Franklin, TN for a homeschool conference and all the gals working there were a delight!
Common Criticism of Neuflora:
A common criticisms of Neuflora is that you can easily get dupes of their dresses online, that their dresses are overpriced, and that is just popular because of influencers pushing it.
I hear this from friends in my circle sometimes. You know I haven’t really gone looking for dupes online, but perhaps they are there.
And YES the dresses are pricey, but my push back is that they are almost always 100% cotton or linen, which I LOVE.
Fabrics matter and cotton is a natural fiber that releases stains easily and is nice and breathable.
AND most of their dresses have pockets, which is a must for motherhood!
I really like their dresses too for pregnancy and postpartum, they just help me feel beautiful when my body is in flux.
And as for dupes, you could always do a google image search, but I am also happy to support a family run business.
How Ordering from Neuflora Works?
Neuflora has clothes on their website that you can buy anytime, but the best way to order with them is to get on their email list.
Importance of Getting on Neuflora’s Email List
They send out an email every month giving you dates for their launches.
A week or so later they send out the preview for their monthly collection.
I LOVE going through this preview. They have different size women wearing all the clothes so you can get an idea of how the clothes might fit your body.
And I am not on Instagram at this time, but a REALLY handy way to get an idea about their collection is to watch their Instagram stories. They go through each piece, talk about the fabric, the fit, and show the clothes styled in different ways.
If I am really torn about adding a certain piece to my wardrobe I will get on and watch their instagram stories just to see the item in a video vs just in a picture.
How I Plan for Neuflora Launches
I like to make a note on my computer with the pieces I am thinking about ordering and the size I am planning to get. Along with any gift card codes I have in the note (more on this later!).
And then I set an alarm on my phone to make sure I get on for right when the launch goes live so I can make sure not to miss it!
Then I am ready to order quickly!!!
Restocks
They also do a Bestseller Restock towards the end of the month with a couple of items that have sold out in the past and are brought back by popular demand!
This launch works similarly where they have a countdown at the top of their website, but it will just be a restock launch with around 6-8ish pieces.
Neuflora’s Return Policy
This is where I think Neuflora shines!
I LOVE their return policy and I have returned many items seamlessly.
I try it on at home, if it doesn’t work I put it right back in the bag it came in.
Then I use this link on their website and put in my order number. Then it will come up with items I ordered. I check the one I am returning and say why. Then it gives me a sheet to put in the box and a label I put on the box and then I take it to the USPS office.
Once it is scanned there they send me a gift card refund. I don’t mind not getting cash back, because I simply apply it the next months launch. It is kind of exciting to be honest to have that gift card to use the next month.
And it makes me wayyyy less nervous ordering an item, because I know the return process is so easy!
Con about Neuflora’s Return Policy
You really need to know that they only return clothes for store credit. Like I said, I actually like this because I don’t want my clothing money getting mixed back into my account and then getting used on groceries (can any mamas relate haha).
It gives me something to look forward to the next month for their new launch.
It feels like delayed gratification and slowing down to be thoughtful about my closet vs quick random purchases on Amazon or on the fly at Target.
Is Neuflora Worth the Price?
Yes, I believe that MOST of the items I have gotten from Neuflora have held up well, get softer, and better over time. I love that they are unique, somewhat timeless, and not overly trendy.
I have only been shopping at Neuflora for a year, but the pieces don’t feel like they are going to go out of fashion quickly.
I love that the pieces added slowly begin to go together! A white linen top paired easily with 2 or 3 skirts in the closet. Or a sweater that can go with jeans, a skirt, or even over the 3 or 4 dresses I have from them. I could easily have 30+ different combinations for different looks.
I do not think jackets are always worth the price and I am still on the fence about their jeans. I JUST ordered a couple of pairs to try on since I am postpartum now.
Neuflora sweaters are AMAZING and not itchy at all, again because so many of them are 100% cotton.
What I Look for When Shopping Neuflora
Criteria for my purchases: The item has to be 100% cotton or linen (or 95%ish), pockets for the dresses, and can be worn in pregnancy or is easy to breastfeed in.

This helps my closet flex with me as my body is in flux.
I love their dresses and sweaters the absolute most, with a close second on their linen button up tops. And nice linen shorts. Just game changers in the summer!

Final Thoughts:
I know not everyone likes to spend so much on clothing, but I really do enjoy being able to look in my closet and get dressed easily.
I look at these pieces like investments.
If I do not LOVE it when I order it, I simply return it and try again next month.
As mamas we make a million decisions a day and the last one I want to make it struggling to get dressed in the morning. I want to feel good in my clothes, wear fabrics that are forgiving with kids, and wear comfortable clothes.
I love that all the clothes are calm and neutral. I am already overstimulated as a mom at times, so calm colors do feel good to me right now.
