Healthy EASY Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe

This healthy easy banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie is made multiple times in my house. We actually call it Banana Swirl! My kids LOVE it! And I feel good giving it to them because it has SO MUCH PROTEIN. This means it keeps them full longer!

Tips

  • I use 3 frozen bananas, but add as many bananas as you would like for thickness.
  • You can also add ice if you want it more frosty!
  • I like to break up the bananas before adding them to the blender.

Ingredients:

3 Frozen Bananas.

1 cup of organic whole or raw milk.

2 scoops of Creamy Peanut Butter Chocolate Just Ingredients protein powder

  • I like to double the bananas and milk to feed all my kids

Tools you may need:

-Blender

( I currently have a Vitamix my MIL gave me and I like it just fine. But I think when it dies I am going to go with a Blendtec).

  • Step 1: Add milk, protein powder, and frozen bananas into the blender.
  • Step 2: Blend until all ingredients are mixed.
  • Step 3: Pour smoothie into your favorite cup & enjoy!

Yes! It is best served right after prep, but you can store it in the fridge for 3 days and mix the ingredients back together.

What to do if you do not have chocolate peanut butter protein powder?

You can use chocolate or vanilla protein powder and add a large scoop of natural creamy peanut butter. You may need to mix a little longer to make sure the ingredients are nice and smooth.
