Happy Friday!
Here are some questions we have been using with our kids that have created some great conversation:
What is a win you have had lately? Or what’s been going good for you?
What is one thing you want to tell God you are thankful for today?
Sometimes conversations need a little start.
We have been surprised to hear the little things kids notice and to hear their heart of how they really are trying to do their best in their own way!
Praying that as your family sits down to share a meal that God will begin to spark some new conversations and draw your family closer than ever.
Ideas for Intentionality:
More Conversation Starters: We have used John Delony’s decks before at dinner with our kids and even when my parents come over. It is fun to ramp up the intentionality a bit while we are all gathered around the table. It is a game for the kids and they love it!
Trying to Explain Heaven to Kids?: This book has been so helpful. Our first copy was purchased when I lost my papa almost 7 years ago, the binding was torn from so much use, so we just purchased a new copy.
Watercolor Book for Kids: This book is so cool – it has an inspiration picture on the left side teaching you to watercolor and then you can tear out the right side to actually watercolor on (made of watercolor paper!) Kids love this book! And this set is a good starter watercolor set I just got my niece for her birthday!
Perfect Babyshower Gift: A whole month of diapers from Everylife Diapers. The only pro-life non-toxic diaper company out there. We have been using them for the last year and have been super satisfied.

Green Probiotic Powder: I am still loving and ordering monthly batches of this green powder. My mom gave me the rest of her AG1 Green Powder, but the Live It Up powder does taste way better.

Sabbath with Small Kids: Wondering how in the world to get some rest while littles are running around? Check out these tips for a Sabbath with Kids (thanks to Jen from She is Emboldened for writing this post!)
What else am I working on?
I am working behind the scenes to add some more resources to Labor Without Fear. I JUST added 5 new bonus videos in case you already have access. And Labor Without Fear got a sweet shout out by Margaret Matheny as she preps for her 4th baby. That video is linked here!

Video of the Week:
What if self-care isn’t the answer and there is something else we are craving even more as women? Here are some thoughts to consider as we try to show up the best we can for the people we love.

Sending love,
Lana
P.S.
Consider changing the whole vibe of your family dinners by getting some of these and putting them into these cute flower shaped candle holders. I would love to hear what the reaction is from your family, my kids LOVE it! It seriously makes everyone calm wayyyy down!
