If my house starts to feel a little cluttered, my husband will joke with me and ask if I have read The Joy of Less lately. He knows that little book kicks me into high gear and realigns me with deep values that I cherish: stuff is not what makes us truly happy or content.
I shared a new YouTube video this week with my top takeaways that I use from that handy little book and some helpful mindset shifts that will keep you from the classic blame game on why everyone else is the reason that our house gets cluttered at times.
And I LOVE this quote from Francine Jay:
“Decluttering is infinitely easier when you think of it as deciding what to keep, rather than deciding what to throw away.”

Genuine Contentment Solution – The Power of Christian Contentment – this is the BEST book on REAL contentment. An absolute gem that you could open to anywhere in the book and be inspired.

Tallow Season – Not sure if you are feeling it, but I am feeling sooo dry! I am ordering a couple new jars of tallow this week – one for my belly (helps sooo much with stretch marks) and one for my face and for all of our lips and inside of our noses that get dry in the fall and winter season. Some tallow smells like beef, but not Toups and Co’s tallow!

Quick Green Powder + Probiotics – I have been trying to power pack my nutrition now that I am 26 weeks pregnant. Pregnant P.S. Really and truly, tallow has been such a God send to prevent stretch marks in a lot of my pregnancies. I know stretch marks depend on sooo many things, but I can’t recommend tallow enough because your skin uses animal fats wayyyy better than plant oils.
