Happy Friday!
Have you ever heard of limiting mindsets?
Mindsets that literally put a lid on what seems possible and even can keep us from thinking creatively about our life, our motherhood, and marriage.
One limiting mindset I continually have to work through is:
FOMO-fear of missing out.
And yet, in order to experience the BEST things in life we sometimes have to let go of some good, but not great things.
Every yes is a no to something else.
So here is a mindset that lifts the lid on FOMO…JOMO!
Joy of missing out, because you are trying to say YES to the best things and let go of all the fear of missing out on the lesser things.
Ideas for Intentionality:
Best Protein Powder Sale + Stacking Promo Code: This never happens, they are allowing you to take the 10% off on Protein Powder and stack it with GIRLTEACHME10 for an extra 10% off. That saves you $12 on 30 servings!
-We are loading up on French Vanilla and Chocolate Peanut Butter and here is a blog post where I share all the ways you can get creative with protein powder!
Sketch Pad: Love the quality of this hardback cover that allows my kids to take art anywhere, plus the paper is a nice thick quality. I got one for myself too!
Tooth powder: Just got my teeth cleaned and she said they look the best they have in a while and I told her I think it is because of the hydroxyapatite in this tooth powder that remineralizes teeth!
Matching Spring Easter Dresses: Got my 3 little girls these cute matching dresses for Easter, I like some of the other patterns more than this one, but the girls said they had to have pink!
Spring Sandals: Planning to get the girls their spring and summer sandals this weekend, looking at the Floras for my toddler, Bellas for my 4 year old, and the Espresso Trenza’s for my 6 year old. LANA10 gets you 10% off your whole purchase
What else am I working on?
I made a 30-minute FREE birth class for any of you who are curious about what KEY decisions you need to start thinking about if natural birth is something you are considering.
Video of the Week:

I am not expert, but I want to show you want I have learned homeschooling a 10, 8, 6, 4 year old + a baby. There are so many ways to be a good mama and homeschool, here are just a couple of ideas for you!
Picture of the Week:

Here are the Flora’s from when my 4 year old was 2.5, the good news is that next Spring the baby will be able to wear these and that is what is nice about getting some quality shoes to pass down.

Sending love,
Lana
P.S. Ever feel like you struggle with mom anger? 🙋♀️Well, you aren’t alone, it is more common than you think. I am addressing this with some help and hope next Monday with a new YouTube video, but in the meantime, here is a video I made a year ago to help you.
Pregnant P.S. Someone asked me what the best part of homebirth is, and my honest answer is just crawling into my own clean bed after birth and not having to leave the house for a week or more if I don’t want to. If you are pregnant and curious about natural birth check out this FREE class.
